All of our qualified translators have signed a non-disclosure agreement and have been made aware of the legal consequences of violation of the Privacy Act. Your information will not be shared with any other third parties and will never be sold. Any information you share with us will only be used for providing you the highest quality translations and superior customer service.

In our 12 years of business, to the best of our knowledge, we have never had a translation rejected from any destination agency or organization. If, however, an error is found in the translation and it is not accepted within 30 days after we have delivered it to you, please let us know and we will strive to fix it immediately. If for whatever reason the translation cannot be accepted, please provide us with written documentation from the agency or organization as to why the translation will not be accepted and we will refund your money. Our 30 guarantee does not apply to rush translations, but only to translations where we are allowed the adequate amount of time we request for completion. Since the United States and the State of Texas offer no official certification credentials for translation, some foreign agencies may not accept our translations. Please check with the agency where you will be sending the translation prior to contracting our services. We cannot guarantee acceptance of our translations outside the United States.
